For twenty years I got elite performers through the moments that decide everything. The pressure they carry is the same pressure you carry. Steinforts exists to put what works in their world into yours.
I spent my career inside those rooms: professional sport, trading floors, operating theatres, mission control. The pattern never changed. The people with the most on the line had a whole team behind them. Everyone else was left to white-knuckle it alone.
Steinforts is me handing that work to the people who never had a performance team. The founder. The operator. The person grinding at 1am with no one to call. The pressure is just as real. The help should be too.
A faceless firm can hide behind a logo. A name can't. When the work says Steinforts, you know exactly whose twenty years are behind it, and exactly who is accountable if it doesn't land. You're not hiring a brand. You're hiring me.
I was drafted into the AFL at seventeen and gave it nine years in the ruck, with a shoulder reconstruction almost every off-season. I learned how pressure works by living inside it.
I finished a physiotherapy degree, then a Master's in Applied Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Between them, I understood how the body and the mind actually behave when the stakes get personal.
The Red Sox, the Eagles, the Blue Jays, the 76ers, Texas Tech, and Director of Performance for Football Australia. Years in the rooms where one moment decides a season, and a career.
Then the calls came from outside sport: finance, the U.S. Army, surgeons mid-operation, NASA mission control. The same pattern showed up every time. I named it the Survival Spiral, and it became my book, Pressure Point.
I've sat with people carrying just about every kind of pressure there is: trading floors, operating theatres, locker rooms, mission control. So I don't reach for a template. I read where pressure is actually costing you, then build the protocol around your situation. The diagnosis always comes before the answer.
